Bios
	John Laney Since 1976, John Laney has served in nearly every facet of the construction industry. As he rose to the position of estimator and project manager, he realized that his heart was in development. He began to work in project development using the skills that he had honed while working for some of the nation's largest contractors. Specializing in problem solving and negotiations, he became a sought after project manager, and consultant. John has become recognized by many as an authority on civil issues, and has begun to use his talents to obtain entitlement's and permits John is a “big picture” visionary, who understands the details that it takes to bring an idea to fruition. His heart is to help property owners to find the highest and best use of their property. John is networked with many other developers both regionally and nationally who may look at your project either as a joint venture or to purchase outright. With the team that John has assembled around him, Grace Consortium is equipped to look at your project. We offer unbiased wisdom and direction to achieve the highest and best use for your property. Grace Consortium will objectively look at your project and help you determine whether to develop it as a joint venture, do preliminary permitting, or to find a buyer your property.
	Dave Richards Dave Richards has over 15 years experience in human resource management and training in mortgage brokering, real estate, and construction. He was elected as a council member to the City of Clarkston , and served on the board of directors of Valley Vision, the Lewiston , Idaho and Clarkston , Washington economic development agency. He is a real estate investor and developer and has a productive working relationship with various regional engineering firms, governmental agencies, and community and business leaders.
	Barry Holben Barry Holben is a real estate professional serving both Idaho and Washington, with an emphasis on farms, ranches, and development properties. He has 30 years experience in agricultural planning, production, and management as an owner-operator in Idaho and Washington. He was elected to and served sixteen years on the Nez Perce Soil and Water Conservation District, working extensively with federal and state agencies in planning and implementation of soil conservation and water quality projects. Barry was also appointed by the Director of the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality to the board of the Clearwater Basin Area Group, addressing water quality and endangered species issues. Barry’s diverse experience gives Grace Consortium an added balance, and a fresh, sound viewpoint.
